Template For our project we had full creative freedom on how we wanted to design our tea box. Before brainstorming ideas on what to create, we first designed a model that could hold our ideas. To the right you will see the template that we used to create our tea box. The top of the model is actually the bottom for our box, making the rectangle beneath it the back side. Due to this the design had to be flipped 180 degrees so that when it got printed out, it would be facing the right way. The next small box was the top making the one beneath it the front and the sides of the box.

Finished Design After brainstorming, we came up with the name, GoldenRay Blend. Now having a name we quickly decided on a color scheme. We formatted our design to have a flowing gradient that was even throughout the box. The bottom would start out white, and slowly transition to blue as it progressed up the box. One challenge that we faced was getting our template to scale. We had forgotten to take into account folds and printed it out perfectly for a flat version, but as soon as we folded it, it didn’t line up. Due to this we had to reprint after making adjust for our design to properly line up with our box.
