Project
At the beginning of our project, we were deciding on a sport to do our video on. We had a lot of good ideas for sports, like basketball, soccer, water polo, and even track. At the end, if you couldn't tell we choose track and decided to show how to run properly. Over the course of our video we explained how to not only how to run faster, but how to save more energy while doing it.
While our runner, Jackson ran across the area of track, we calculated his velocity, so how fast he was going. We also found his vector which is were Jackson is on the screen. So how high, or low he went over the corse of him runnning. This allowed us to find his velocity horizontaly, so how fast we was going forwards, and his velocity verticly, so how fast he was going upwards. Even the velocity total which shows how fast he was going at any given point moving both verticly, and horizontaly. We also found the force of impact which is hom much force Jackson exerted on the ground when he pushed off of it to keep running.

Start
As you can see this was our, sort of plan or guide line for our actual video. Each sticky note represented a picture or text that was going to be displayed. Just like any other blueprint, go to say, some things were changed. However, it did stick pretty darn close to the actual blueprint.
Filming
When we started to film, we had to decide where to film. We ended up deciding to film on the San Marin track so the video would stick a little bit more to the point. We had our runner, Jackson then run in front of the camera about in the middle of the track. We did this so we could get a clear shot of him running. We also had another runner, Matt run in front of the camera but not at all how you should run. At the end, we put the video of Jackson running good so viewers could clearly see how to run. Also at the end we took a time-laps of one of the PE class running two laps around and found that there were a lot of kids cheating, but decided to use it anyway.
Reflection
Looking back on the video that we made, I would say that it was one of the better ones in our class. If you watched the video you could tell that it stuck to the point and demonstrated exactly how to do things. Also we only edited in what was necessary to keep the viewers attention on what we were trying to teach them. However if I had to change at least one thing, I would have put something more than cheaters at the end, but more of a joke.
